Showing work email address

Anyone can help me with the below-

 

Sometimes I send documents to get sign from my staff, but its always showing my personal email address. How can I change it to my work email address.

Hi Enamul,

 

Hope you are doing well. 

When sending document to get it signed using send for signature, if it reflects your personal email address in the sender option, then you must have created(signed up) the account using personal ID, because it automatically picks the registered email address as an "Sender" email.

 

If you wish to update/change your email from personal to work, then you have to change/update the email under your Adobe account. Then your work email will be your primary email to send or receive the document for signature. 

Note: You can't swap between two emails to send the document for signature. It would always be one, registered with your Adobe account.
