Shring links for review not working! (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator)

Hello all. Our entire team has been unable to share links for review in INDD, Acrobat and AI yesterday and today. We get 403 or 401 messages. This is a major impediment in workflow and approval. For some weird reason, we can share XD links. Is anyone else's team experiencing this? It seems like it's Adobe's issue. (Yes, we have logged out/back in, rebooted, reinstalled, all the things.) VERY frustrating. Thanks for any help, all!
