Try going to Programs and Features. Selecting acrobat and hit change.

Make sure the language is set to just English and not English with Arabic support.

Worked for me

Edward, the topic here concerns Digital Signature, not the Fill & Sign option.

Hi @Loss29411146497m ,

Where is the signing certificate loaded from?

Is the signing certificate stored in a separate hard drive (i.e. external storage, USB drive, mapped network drive)?

In any case, check the links below, they may point you in the right direction:

Hi @ls_rbls

Thank you for your response, the certificate is stored in computer via Entrust Entelligence Security Provider.

The suggestions in links you posted i already tried and it didn't help.

What is actually interesting is that, everything was working fine until  W10 22H2 03/2023 updates, but uninstallling didn't help either.

Certificates are generated new, no progress.

Please do you have any suggestions, im really struggling here.

++EDITED REPLY,

If you can confirm that something changed after that update, it may be possible that the OS upgraded but not all of the other  dependencies that are handled by the OS and that could've affected how  Adobe Acrobat interacts with the Entrust Entelligence Security Provider software.

That may explain why the issue wasn't resolved with the uninstalling of the last OS update.

In which case, I can think of four possible solutions:

  • Manually update the Entrust Entelligence Security Provider software directly from their support website to its latest version

  • If it is already updated to its latest version: What happens if you manually force a restart of the Discovery Agent service?

  • If above recommendations doesn't or doesn't apply to your case: Check if you've skipped optional or security updates in both Microsoft Windows and Adobe Acrobat (You must refer to the appropriate relase notes).

  • In particular, check for any old redistributables versions (i.e. Visual C++ , Visual Studio, or .Net Framework) that could've been replaced with newer versions by the update. Assuming that this actually happened,  you need to reinstall the old version(s) and keep both, the old and new versions installed on Windows (Microsoft Windows updates doesn't necessarily update all other required software dependencies in unison for the programs that may need them)

  • It is best if you  can isolate one PC and (just for testing purposes), use the Restore Point to bring back that computer to a known-good Restore Point working copy before the update of 23 March 2023.

NOTE:

If everything works after the Restore Point is deployed, you may contact Microsoft Support to report the noted issue with such update, and to also check if the update's release notes can confirm for a known issue.

END NOTE

However, I am still curious, and was wondering if the issue can be fixed before applying a restore point.

If you go to Control Panel => Credential Manager:

Clear or reset the cached credentials. See  here:

A restart of your computer may be required.
