Sign documents

Question

I was sent a document that requires electronic signature. The document was sent to me personally, but the printed name that populates into the document is my husband's name. It does not give me the option to edit this. The acrobat account was originally in his name, so I have changed the name on the account. However, it still populates with my husband's name instead of mine.

Could you please confirm if the document was sent through Acrobat Sign? If yes, it seems the name for the Acrobat Sign account has not changed.
