sign documents with a digital certificate

I need to sign documents with a digital certificate using Adobe Standard Acrobat DC 32 BITS and I can't.

when I get to the "Sign as" screen, the "Sign" button in the lower right corner seems inactive. nothing happens after I click  on it. I've tried several Adobe documents with the same result. I rebooted my OS and have the same results. I confirmed that my certificate is still valid.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and Windows 10 PRO

I appreciate any help from the community with this issue.

Hi Natália,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the option that is not working?

Did you try creating a new digital signature in Acrobat to check if it is working? If not, please try once.

Please share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document to check the application version number: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
