Sign Feature Not Working

Adobe Acrobat DC 2017

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise

RAM: 8gb

I'm trying to use the Fill & Sign tool. I can click on it and start filling out the PDF but as soon as I click the sign button it starts loading and won't move from there. Please advise. I've tried rebooting.

Hi All,

We use the following end points in Fill & Sign –

  • cloud.acrobat.com
  • fillsign.acrobat.com
  • files.acrobat.com
  • createpdf.acrobat.com

Can you please make sure that all of these are white listed on your network.

Did this issue resolve?  I am guessing you are signed into Acrobat DC?

    I have the exact same problem.

    Can fill but the sign feature just keeps loading. As per the post above.
