In Sign for signature, after entering the recipient's email address and clicking Next, the next screen shows a button that says Upgrade. When I click that, the button reads Start Now, when I click that the button is back to Upgrade. I have Acrobat Pro DC.

We have checked your account, but couldn't find any active subscription registered under it. That could be the reason that its not allowing you to use "Send for Signature" feature. Could you please share the correct email via private message under which you have the Acrobat DC registered?
Also, the exact version of Acrobat DC you are working on currently? Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat
