Sign In button not working

Hi

Acrobat ask to sign in when using AI assistance, sign in button not working, but on help menu, it showing i sgined in.

I tried cleanup removal and installation but nothing happen, the online version working fine.

Are you still facing the issue? If yes, could you please try sign out from Help menu and sign back in.

I did that, same issue.

And I did signed out of all creative cloud desktop app and applications, delete and reinstall the application, still the same.

and it's only happen in Adobe Acrobat, other applications are working fine.
