I don't remember the password and the email that was originally registered with the adobe account is inactive so I can't reset it.  How can I contact someone to fix my log in credentials and possibly change the email associated with the account if all the options to contact adobe require me to sign in?

Hi William,

 

Sorry to hear the trouble caused. This must be really frustrating for not being able to get in touch with the support team.

While initiating the chat support, you must select the Adobe ID login/password issue. Which should redirect you to the Chat or Phone support.

I have also shared the direct contact number for support team. Please dial that, our support rep. would do the needful.
