signature box

Hi all,

I was wondering with the signature field in Adobe Pro, whether or not I can create a signature box on a PDF file and then send the file to an employee to sign.

For instance, I want everything to be done without having to print anything so we are looking to send contracts by email.

I want the employee to be able to open the PDF file on their tablet or phone and then use a finger or stylus to sign and date the appropriate box I created and then email me the document back.

This is just like when you sign for a postage delivery to your house.

Thanks all.

Correct answer George_Johnson

You need Acrobat Pro to create the form and use Adobe Sign to distribute and collect the signed documents. The users (fillers/signers) do not need anything more than a browser. An Acrobat DC Pro subscription includes a more limited Adobe Sign account as that's otherwise $9.99/month.

Awesome, thanks George. So I would not require Adobe Pro or does Adobe sign come with Adobe Pro; or is it free, any ideas?

Thanks

That's the type of thing an Adobe Sign form can give you, which you can create with Acrobat.
