signature disappears when saving

I have a pdf that was edited on a mac with a signature that shows up in preview on outlook when emailed to me from mac user but when I open or save the file the signature is gone. I do not know how to make it appear once saved.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the signature is disappearing on saving the file.

 

We need some more information for a better understanding.

 

  • What is the workflow/steps you are doing to sign the PDF file?

 

  • Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing. Upload the file on the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) generate the link and share it with us.
  • What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version of the application please use the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)
    Make sure you have the latest version of the application. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
