Signature Field not working Acrobat Pro DC

I am using Acrobat Pro DC and created a fillable form with a signature field for person filling out the form to sign and send back to me. All the fields work great except the signature when opened with Adobe Reader. The field is not there. Also the submit option is not there. I am not sure what is going on. I followed the tutorial exactly even though I knew how to create a fillable form. Please Help I need to be able to use this ASAP thank you Jeff
