Signature issue with Topaz pDOC Signer.
Not sure if its Topaz or Adobe.
We use Adobe Pro to have our VA clients sign their forms for submission. The Topaz software for
Adobe works really great 80% of the time. The problem is when the VA put something in the form
that prevents using that so we must resort to pDOC signer to create a signature box.
about 1/3 of the forms we send to our uppers for verification and submission show up with
no signature in the box. How ever, when I open the form on the computer I use it for and
when I attach it to the Email and look at the sent file. The signature is there.
Any hints to what is going on?
