Signature not LTV-enabled, but settings are set correctly to enable LTV

Despite having all proper settings to enable LTV, I still have to manually "Add Verification Information" for every signature to make it LTV-enabled. How do I make every signature embed LTV info automatically?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to enable LTV option for signature, is that correct?
