Signature only displaying for user who signed

Question

Hi All. I've got a weird one.

One of our users can sign documents, but then no one else is able to view her signature. These are for contracts she signs and then stores on Sharepoint. If anyone else access that document, they cannot see her signature. If she accesses the same document in Sharepoint, she can see her signature.

Any ideas?

This is surely a weird behavior. Try downloading the PDF and saving it locally. Check if you still cannot see the signature.

Please let us know if this happens with documents signed by a particular signer. Also, can you collect screenshots from both the user's end and how it appears on your end? You may share the screenshot in a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Please ask the user how the document was signed. Was it signed using Acrobat, or is it an Acrobat Sign document?
