Signature validity is UNKNOWN

Hi, we purchased the required Adobe trusted digital signature key from IdentTrust. When we sign documents with it the computer which signed the documents show it as valid but any other comptuer shows:

Signature validity is UNKNOWN

There is also a bar saying the signature has problems. We worked though techincal support with IdentTrust who say the document is signed correctly and the key has been issued correctly that it is an Adobe problem.

We already tried trouble shooting in Acrobat:

• Check “Load trusted certificates from an Adobe AATL Server”
• Click “Update Now” button

That did not work either.

Any ideas what to do now?
