Signature won’t save in the Acrobat app despite ticking “Save signature” and clicking “Apply.” I have to repeatedly upload my signature as an image every time I want to sign a document.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

As mentioned, you do mark the “Save signature” box, yet the signature still does not appear next time. Please try once to repair the application installation. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation.

If the issue continues, we would suggest you reinstall the application. Please use the steps suggested below:

• Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4cE4mse).

• Reboot the machine 

• Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/3OJmQOV. 

If the above steps do not help, please share a short video showing the steps you take to add a signature, and what happens when you try to add one next time. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers on the machine.
