Hi, I am hoping someone can simplify this for me. On Adobe Reader what is the difference between Certificate-based signatures, Fill & Sign, Adobe Sign?

A Certificate is not really a signature. It's an encrption key that is used to either secure a PDF, or in the case of the signature fied, create an encrypted hash of the document for validation and mantaining an audit path.

Adobe Sign and "Fill and Sign" are exactly the same thing. This is a web based service for collecting signatures (drawn, written, or other) from a list of recipients (emails).   At the end of the signing process a Certificate signature is added to the PDF so it is locked.
