Signatures applied from browser, are not visible in Acrobat

can someone help me. we sent a smallpdf file for esign. we got the email to download. when we download we don't see a signature

    Just to understand, were you able to see the signature if you opened the file on a web browser? 

    Please share a screenshot of how if looked when on the web browser compared to when opened on Acrobat Desktop.
