Signatures et protection contre l'impression

Question

Bonjour à tous et à toutes,

nous rencontrons un probleme lié a la mise a jour du 11/12/2025, la protection contre l'impression se desactive lorsque le document est signé, et bien sur nous ne pouvons pas refaire la protection vu que le document est signé.

Avez vous eu le cas, et avez vous une solution a nous apporter ?

Why does print protection disappear after signing?
This behavior is expected because of how PDF security and digital signatures interact:

When you apply password-based restrictions (like “Prevent Printing”), Acrobat enforces them through the document’s encryption dictionary.
When you digitally sign a PDF, Acrobat creates a new revision of the file. If the signature workflow is not configured to preserve existing permissions, the encryption settings can be reset, effectively removing the print restriction.

Suggestions:

Apply Security After Signing (Best Practice)

Sign the document first, then apply password protection (All Tools > Protect a PDF > Protect with Password).

Use Certification Instead of a Regular Signature

Certify the document (All Tools > Certificates > Certify) and set permissions during the certification process.

Flatten and Lock Before Signing

If the workflow requires both signature and print restrictions, consider flattening the document and then applying a certified signature with the necessary permissions.
