Thank you for reaching out.

 

Please let us know how you sent the document for signature. Did you add form fields using the Prepare Form tool? If yes, try checking for field properties. The issue might be with the text color.

In Acrobat, go to Prepare form. Right-click on the text field and select Properties.  

Then go to the Appearance tab and check the Fill color.

 

Let us know if that is not the case.

hello

it was sent by email attachment. and the form fields were added using Prepare Form tool 

also, when I click on the Right-click on the text field and select Properties, there is no Appearance tab.

Can you share a screen shot of the signature panel with all information visible? 

 

And what exactly do you mean by "the siguare does not apear"? There is the visualization in the signature field after all.
