Signatures Issues New Install

Hi

I am frustrated. I got new Laptop - installed everything - installed Acrobat Pro - logged into my account and my signatures are no there.  Anytime i go to sign anything no signatures appear - the Sign button just doesnt do anything.  Maybe I am mistaken but before all i had to do on previous PCs was sign in and the signatures would be there. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
