Signatures not syncing across devices.

Hi guys. I give you with Adobe chat support. Ridiculous and not helpful. 

if someone can help me please would be great. 

i subscribed to acrobat pro. However my signatures and initials are not synced across devices. It's only showing up on the device I sign which is iPad. Not showing up on iPhone and Mac. The save to online profile was ticked. Used to work before but I unsubscribed for a while and just re sub and it isn't working. 

please help.

I have the same problem the Signatur does not synchronize, have you found a solution?

Same problem in iOS 15.3.1. And when I try to 'Add Signature', the Acrobat Pro App grey's over and becomes unstable - having to be shut down. Thus - I am unable to sign a document at all...

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with signing documents.

 

Do you see this issue recently? Is this after any update or started randomly?

 

Also, can you log in to https://adobe.ly/3RuqQ3C and check if you are able to use your signature there?

You might want to try removing your signature once, and try again.

 

If that does not work, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. A screen recording of the event for better understanding;

2. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Help menu> About Acrobat);

3. logs from your machine: https://adobe.ly/4l1gBRA. Please make sure Procmon is selected. You can upload logs using this tool and share your Unique log ID with us.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Your Acrobat signature and initials are synced with your Adobe account(login information). Please ensure you are signed in on all devices using the correct Adobe email and password.

Unless you are not signed in to Acrobat app on your iPhone and Mac, it won't sync and would not load the credential.

1- Double check if you have used the correct and same email across the devices

2- If yes, sign out of the application from everywhere and back in.

Hi. I have done that many times already. Every chat agent says the same thing. I'm signed in with same email addresses acrossed all devices and tried reinstalling and signing out and in again many times already. It doesn't work.

Hi,

I've just encountered this problem too and can't find a solution.  Have you managed to fix it?
