Signed Copy's Download button is disabled starting 16/1/2026

We are using Adobe Esign to sign the doc then save the signed copy into SharePoint document via Power Automate flow.

Starting from 16 Jan 2026, users noticed that the Download button became disabled, including for documents that were signed previously. Prior to this date, when open those signed documents, they could be downloaded without any issue. This practice has been in place and operating normally for over two years.

We have tested this across multiple web browsers, and the issue persists.

We tried to use Print funtion then Save as PDF option for saving it, but when open that file locally (default open view through Edge browser), the download button still disabled.

Any changes at Adobe esign backend part?
