signed in and lost license from fujitsu scansnap

I had purchased a fujitsu scanner to use with my computer and it came with a an adobe acrobat redemption code/ serial no. included. So I followed the instructions and installed it  and I was never signed in to any account all this time and it worked fine and I had access to all the tools etc. But then a few days ago I signed in to a newly created google account and now it tells me I have a seven day free trial and I have to purchase adobe acrobat. So I signed out hoping it would just revert back to normal and it still says free trial. I chatted with support and they tell me I need to give them the serial no. but I no longer have it as I installed acrobat over 2 years ago.
