Signing a document - Support info CsigDict-1919

I am getting an error when I try to sign a document. "Creation of this signature could not be completed. Unknown error. Support Info: CSigDict-1919" I have been able to sign in the past. Thanks

Discovered others were having the same issue which seems to be a conflict with Dropbox. Save it to my desktop and it signed just fine.

    This was the ONLY fix that worked!  I've been struggling with this for many months!
