Signing a PDF with iPad iOS 17.2 Mail app corrupts the PDF

In the last couple of week’s we’ve had users report they cannot merge, print, or save PDF documents that have been signed with the iPad iOS 17.2 Mail app. We are using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. When they try to merge, the Binder PDF excludes the file that was signed. When they try to save the PDF file that was signed, they get an error 15 stating that the document cannot be saved. When they try to print the PDF file, they get an error stating that the document could not be printed.
