SIgnotec Plug In in 2-in-1 dell laptop is not allowing pdf files to be added

2023.008.20533 is installed

Users who were on non 2-in-1 laptop Dell Inc. Latitude 5340 cannot add pdf files

But for Dell Inc. Latitude 5590 you can add files on that version.
