Silent Install Adobe Acrobat DC

I am trying to set up a silent install of Adobe Acrobat DC. I have used this link:
getadobe.com/reader/enterprise

And I have tried multiple variations of the folowing cmd line (I renamed the exe):
cmd /c DCSetup.exe /sAll /rs /msi EULA_ACCEPT=YES

/sAll doesn't run it silently, and I can't trigger this exe to generate a msi for me which other guides are saying I need. Looking to get some help with this
