Simple problems with Acrobat

Hello

In our office we all use the Acrobat, Version 2022.001.20112.

Since we have made the update on our iMacs an Laptops to macOS Monterey, we have constantly small problems with Acrobat.

For example:

– A PDF file won't open automatically by double clicking on the icon. We have to drag the file to the program in the dock.

– If we open a PDF file it sometimes shows only one page and then Acrobat collapses.

– If we open a PDF it only shows us one page and then the rest can not be shown anymore. There is a default-message then.

We have deleted and reinstalled Acrobat already, but this doesn't help. Does anyone have them same problems and can you help us?

Hello @tinto-ag,

I'm not sure if this will fix all the issues you listed above but you can give this a try...

Right click on a pdf file > Get info > go down to to "Open with" and set Adobe Acrobat as the default to open pdfs.

Regards,

Mike

Adding to what Mika suggested,

You can also check for any additional updates from with Acrobat and install them if there is one.
