Solicitud de Firmas Electrónicas no permite firmar con Certificado Digital en el campo Firma Digial

Al incluir campos de Firma Digital en un documento para varios firmantes y enviar para Solicitar Firmas Electrónicas, no permite firmar con Certificado Digital.

Please let us know if you are using the Acrobat Sign/ Request Signature feature in Acrobat Sign to send a document for signature. If yes, please make sure that you have used the Digital Signature form field. You need to provide more details. How exactly is it not letting you sign the field? What happens when you try to do so? Also, what application are you using, and on what device?
