I made some annotations through e-book reader (onyx max2).

I export it to PDF and open it.

It seems normal

but when I print it, some annotations are not printed....

How can I fix?

I can't tell from your screen shot if you did, but select "Document and Markups" in the print dialog.

Hi Kwangseok,

How did you export the file to pdf? What application you have used to create the pdf? As Ebook reader is not a Adobe application and the annotation added to it might or might not be exported correctly. Looking at the screenshot shared above, it seems that you have opened the pdf in Adobe Reader and trying to print it.

1-Check with a different pdf file which has annotation in it, and see the result.

2- Add a annotation in pdf using Adobe Reader and see if that is coming up fine during print or not? If yes, then problem is with the document you are printing.

3- Also check the application's update and see if that makes difference. Open Reader>Help>Check for update.
