Some large pdf file can not print by printer

Hi

End user face codtion as below, when they print large pdf file, it can not normally by printer. Although I update adobe reader version or printer driver, it's still the same. Is there suggestion for the condition? Thanks.

Are we defining large by file size? Page count? Page size?

Are you able to print a subset of the job (certain number of pages/tile of larger page size)? Or can you not print anything from your large document(s)?

Please let us know answers to these questions. They will help us understand your specific issues, and hopefully be able to provide answers to get you past your problems.

Thanks. I use google chrome can open and print the files, but adobe reader can not print . Usually I can not print anything from the large document by adobe reader.

OK. I'm going to guess you're talking about "large" files as large number of pages. You haven't told me that, but we have to start somewhere.

How large are they? Where are you getting them from? What are you trying to print them to?

We want to help, but you have to share some information to give us something to go on.
