Some PDF attachments on Outlook not opening on Acrobat

Hi there,

There are multiple colleagues in my workplace and they have this same issue.

They cannot open PDF attachments properly.
They receive emails with PDF attachments from multiple sources. 
Some of the PDF attachments do not open properly. They just open partially for 1 sec and then close.
Even if we download and try to open in in Acrobat locally, it is still the same.

We have 
1. repaired Acrobat
2. reinstalled Acrobat.
No luck.

If we send this email to someone else, someone else can open the PDF attachment without any problem.
Also, the affected users can open the downloaded PDF or the attachment itself on MS Egde.

So it is likely that there is an issue with the current version of Adobe Acrobat.
The version is Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.21151).
It is installed on Windows 11 23H2.

Some are not affected by this.
We have already tried changing settings on Acrobat (such as Security, protected view etc).
Settings have been modified on Outlook (however it appears to be the issue of Acrobat).

Could someone please let me know
1. whether there is a fix for this.
2. if any fix is coming up as an update.
