Some text is not visible, but appears in other pdf readers

A pdf file that I downloaded has some text that is not displaying. The text displays in other apps like Apple Preview, and it's all there when I open the file in Illustrator.

See examples posted (top is in Preview, bottom is in Acrobat)

@MdesignAZ Think of it this way.... Adobe Fonts are designed to work within Adobe's applications. Google Docs, on the other hand, operates within the web-based world, relying on its own library of web-friendly fonts. Ditto for the family of Microsoft products. These systems don't speak the same "language" when it comes to fonts. Let's not get started on companies who may not embed fonts into their PDFs, because they may not be able to due to copyright issus as well. And you may think, but this free version online can red it no problem.Trye enough, but, Adobe Acrobat is known for it security—and honestly, do you really want a third-party software reading your bank statements and stealing your identity?
