Hello

I want to change my credit card information, but it is simply impossible because I get an error message via Safari IOS, Safari and FF on Mac.

I try to contact the hotline but it sends me to an online help with articles that are not relevant or not updated in my case. https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

 

Has anyone had the same problem? How did you solve it?
