Sorry, Adobe Acrobat has encountered an error and needs to close

I've tried everything, but Adobe just stopped working on my Mac. Every time I try to open any file, I get the error message 'Sorry, Adobe Acrobat has encountered an error and needs to close.' I've deleted it and reinstalled it, but the same problem keeps happening. Can you please help me?"

Hi,

Can you confirm the exact version you installed and the version of your operating system and Mac type (M1, macmini, Air....).

Is this a new issue or it happened after an upgrade/update?

Finally, you can use Console to find out more details about the event that causes the crash, You also might want to look at activity monitor. You can use Inspect Process and Sample Process to get additional information on individual processes.

I'm having the exact same message.
Sorry, Adobe Acrobat has encountered an error and needs to close.
Using Mac OS 13.4.1 (c) (22F770820d)
Running the latest "up to date" version of Acrobat as of July 19th, 2023.
Please advise.
