SOS Acrobat Form, Merge All to searchable text

I have a pdf form some areas are fillable text areas other areas are text created by the edit text feature. When I'm done I'd like to export it to searchable text and make sure the form fields are merged PDF . Every time I try the text in form areas can be clicked on and the text font changes in preview.app on Mac. The Court rejected these forms due to this reason. As a work around I open them in Preview App then export them as pdf again. This flattens them while keeping the text searchable. What are the steps or settings to export them from Acrobat and avoid the use of preview. I want the fonts to remain the same as used. So I can search text and copy selections in the file.
