Spell Check/Custom Dictionary?

Is there a way to import a custom dictionary in Acrobat Pro DC? I'm editing documents that have a lot of medical terms and would like to import a custom dictionary so that spell check does not recognize them as incorrect. I can edit the file in Word, but the pages don't import properly. I know I can right click and add terms to the dictionary, but is there any way to access/edit the list of terms that have already been added to Acrobat's dictionary?

Thank you for your response! I was actually looking for something similar to how Word creates a custom dictionary from words that you've marked as correct while performing a spell check. I have a .dic file with medical terms (chemical names, procedures, etc.) that I wanted to import into Acrobat.

I found what I was looking for under Edit > Check Spelling > Edit Custom Dictionary. I can see all the terms I've added and add more as needed.

The built-in Spell Checker in Acrobat does not check the static text of the file, only text that's in comments and form fields.

I've developed a script that will spell-check the file's contents, and it also allows you to import an entire list of terms into an existing dictionary. And I can help you create a completely new dictionary, if you'd like. You can find it here: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Spell Check Suite

would it be possible for you to share your medical word list. I am preparing for board exams and use adobe as my primary software for annotating. I also have dyslexia. I am regularly double checking google to see if I spelled the term correctly. If you are willing and there is a way available, could you share your list with me or is there a list of terms online that i could download. spelling is still a skill that I am working on and I spend too much time looking up spelling medical terms online
