Split 2 A3 on 4 A4

Hi.

i have one pdf file of two A3 pages: |1-2| & |3-4|

now i would to obtain a pdf compound of 4 pages: 2-3-4-1

how can i do this? i start from a brochure project in InDesign

now i have 4 A4 in 1 file. How can i change the page order? something like 4-1-2-3

Use Tools > Organize Pages, select the page and move it.
