Split by bookmarks that have multiple page ranges within each bookmark

Splitting by top level bookmarks works great when the pages under the top level are all in succesion. However, when the bookmarked pages are "scattered within the PDF for that specific top level bookmark, the splitting of the PDF into documents based on top level bookmarks fails; you don't get all the pages under that bookmari. Instead, you get only the first page range that has pages in succession, and other strange things occur. Is there a way to split by top level bookmarks where the subordinate bookmarked pages are necessarily in order, and rather contain multiple page ranges? Thank you for your time and help.

So based on what do you want to split the file? The lowest-level bookmarks, instead of the top-level ones, basically?

 

If so, that's possible, but only using a script, like this (paid-for) one I've developed:
