Split Feature Not Working

Hi, @Erin32990807m4zs, I had the same thing happen to me the other day. I restarted Acrobat, that didn't do it. I restarted my computer, and that did fix the issue. My third plan was to rebuild Acrobat's Preferences. Here's a link on how to do that.
