Split files and name them based on content (macOS, Acrobat Pro)

I have approximately 30.000 invoices that I want to rename based on the content. 

I have found the application Evermap, but that's for Windows.

Is this possible somehow with Acrobat Pro?

Depends on whether the contents can be identified using a script. However, 30K files is way too much for Acrobat to be able to handle in a single batch process. I would recommend using a custom-made standalone tool, which is more robust and can handle many more files than Acrobat can, and much faster.

The invoices are separated in different batches, so it's no more than 40-50 invoices per file.
