Split PDF showing blank body on first page on iPad, but headers/footers OK and subsequent pages OK too

Hi there,

I got a freelancer to split some exam papers and marking schemes into individual PDFs per question.

Some of the outputs are showing blank body on first page on iPad, but headers/footers OK, and subsequent pages OK too.

This only occurs on the iPad, I checked with Safari and Chrome.

This is an example:

which was split out from this input file, at the page numbered 23

Works fine on a PC i.e. body of page 1 shows fine..

Any ideas please?  Is there a missing tag or syntax?

Freelancer created these on Bluebeam, most are fine.

I don't want to resplit these as there are other paginating issues that I don't want to revisit for 2000 PDFs, and the problematic ones are less than 10% of the total.

Can anyone tell me how to analyse this PDF for technical errors please?

I would be very grateful for some assistance please.
