Sprache wird nicht erkannt AcroRdrDCx64 MUI Installation

Hallo zusammen, 

 

wir haben eine Problem mit der AcroRdrDCx642500120577_MUI.exe installation. 
Wir verwenden windows 11 23h2 multilanguage iso bedeutet wir haben diverse sprachen in der Iso instalation. Grund installation ist EN_GB.
wenn wir nun den AcroRdrDCx642500120577_MUI installieren und der user switcht sie sprache 

z.B. auf DE wird die Sprache im Acrobat nicht geändert. auch wenn ich versuch die Sprache händisch zu ändern. es werden mir die aktuelle system sprache nicht angeboten der Arcobat MUI bleibt immer auch English. Hat jemand eine idee. Oder muss ich die Sprachpakete extra nachladen und installieren?

It sounds like Acrobat Reader isn’t detecting your Windows display language properly after installation. In the MUI (multi-language) installer, Acrobat should match the OS language automatically if:

  • The language is supported by Acrobat.
  • The correct language resources are included in the installation.
  • The language setting inside Acrobat is set to “Match OS language” (Edit > Preferences > Language).

 

If switching your Windows language to German doesn’t change Acrobat’s UI, it usually means either:

The German language pack wasn’t included in the original installer, or

Acrobat is set to “English” manually in Preferences.

Please try the steps below and see if that helps:

  • Open Acrobat Reader > Edit > Preferences > Language → Set “Application Language” to Match OS language, restart Acrobat.

Thanks for the quick reply.

We've already tried changing the language to the operating system language in the settings, but unfortunately that didn't help.

When I try to modify the installation, I only see "English" under languages. There's no option to install additional languages.
I'm attaching the screenshot.

Hence my question about language packs that I can install on the system. I need more languages, like Italian, Hebrew, etc.
