Stamps and typewriter tool

just purchased Adobe DC here are my frustrations:

1) i cannot easily create a signature file for signing pdf's.        electronic signatures are not what i need for these documents

can someone point the way for what was easy to due in Adobe standard X

2) no typewriter tool....can one be added to Adobe DC

Hi,

Assuming you are referring to Certificate based signatures, could you please try the steps suggested below?

1- (a) Launch Acrobat DC>click on Tools>type certificates>click Certificates

    (b) Digitally Sign>draw the area on the pdf where you want to place signature

    (c) A new digital ID I want to create now>Next

    (d) New PKCS #12 digital ID file>Next

    (e) Type the information like Name, Email address>Next

    (f) Type the password for the Digital ID>Finish

    (g) Enter the certificate password and click Sign

2- How do I get the typewriter tool on Acrobat Reader DC? (Acrobat Reader)
