Question

Stamps for multi-identity license

Hello- One of my clients is using Acrobat Standard DC v17.0 with multiple seats on their license. They are having an issue where they've been unkowingly battling each other by updating the license profile with their own information so that their 'dynamic stamp' reflects their own names.

What is the best solution for this issue?

Would it be a matter of creating custom stamps for each of their identities?

I think I read somewhere online that there should be a pop-up asking which identity to use for the stamp, but it has the option 'Do Not Show Again'... I'm wondering if this could be a solution.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

They are all sharing the same user profile on the computer?

They each have their own computers with Acrobat installed occupying one of the seats on their license. I used the licensing account to log into Acrobat on each PC. Maybe that's where I wen't wrong? Will they not have authentication issues if they log in using their own Adobe profiles?
