Is the "Star" feature available for Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017?  If so, how do I make it available for my use?

    Star is a new feature in Acrobat DC believe. The permanent license version is a stable release, not disrupted with new features. One day there might be a purchasable upgrade but equally there might not.
