How do you start Acrobat Unified version on Mac in reduced mode by default?

On Windows I know about the bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx but how do you do that on Mac? I have a customer who its intent on starting a trial for and we just need it to behave like Reader.

Hi Angelworks,

Thank you for reaching out.

With the unified installed, if the user does not have an Acrobat subscription, the application will work as Reader. Or you may install Acrobat Reader from this page: https://adobe.ly/46dPn4Y

If you could be more specific about what you mean here by "behave like Reader", we could share the correct information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

When this specific user launches the app it immediately says your trial has expired and it gives him an option to start 15 day trial or quit and he cannot launch the app. If you click start trial it sends you to a webpage to start creative cloud subscription and if you click anything else the entire app quits.

I set the option ShowTrialNag in the product plist file but it still won't launch.

When talking to our helpdesk it sounds like this a pretty common problem people have on the Mac.
