start free trial on creative cloud?

Why is this the only program that prompts me to sign in and then start a free trial? I have adobe creative cloud with all the apps, and from what I can see its included in the plan. So whats going on?

And why is it impossible to get any customer support from adobe?

Additionally, please clear all Adobe related entries in Windows Credential Manager for Windows ( click on start and type Windows Credential Manager) or in Keychain Access for Mac ( click on Go>Utilities>Keychain Access) 

Then restart your computer and sign in to creative cloud and try opening Acrobat.
